Saraswata churna is a mixture of herbal powder used as brain stimulant and tonic.

Indication: Used in mania, loss of concentration, epilepsy, anxiety, irritability, depression.

Dose :  ½ to 1 teaspoon along with Honey and Ghee two times daily before or after food as directed by physician.

Side effects: No known side effects, used under medical supervision.

Method of Preparation: The above ingredients from 1 to 12 are powdered separately and mixed together in specified quantity. Then grind(Bhavana) along with brahmi juice for three times, dry under the shade.  Store  in airtight container in dry place.

Shelf life period: Around 6 month
