Dried Guduchi stems

Dose:

  • Decoction: 2 teaspoon of guduchi powder boiled in 400 ml of water and reduce to ½ glass. Dose: 25 ml to 50 ml twice daily.
  • Powder: 3 to 6 grams with 100ml of warm water, twice daily.
  • Fresh juice: 15 to 30 ml, twice daily.
  • Guduchi satva: 1 gram along with Honey, twice daily.
  • Tablet: 2 to 3 tablet Two or three times daily.

Side effects: No known side effects, it can be used for long term. Safely use during pregnancy and lactation period.
