Pathyadi/Pathyashadangam/Pathyakshadhatryadi Kashayam is a concentrated decoction prepared out of herbal ingredients, which consist of water soluble active principles.
Indication: Used in the management of migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, sinusitis and eye related complaints.
Dose : Kashayam 5 – 15 ml diluted with 15 – 45 ml of water twice daily before food or as directed by physician.
Side effects: No known side effects, over dose may induce gastric irritation. Use this medicine under medical supervision.

Method of preparation of Kashayam: Herbal ingredients (coarse powder) 1 part boiled in 16 parts of water and reduced to 4 part.
Method of Storage:Stored in airtight container in dry place.
Ayurvedic Properties:
Roga karma: Shiroshula, brushankakarna shula, ardhavabedhaka, suryavarta, shankaka, dantashula, nakthandya, patala, shukra and other akshi rogas.
Dosha karma: Tridoshahara mainly kaphapittahara.
Other karma: Malanulomaka, shulahara and chakshushya.

we are not medical doctors, but the Pathyadi Shadangam Kashayam,
was administered to us saying it will be relieving headache, but
we (I ) not migraine patient, here in Hyderabad(Habsiguda), name I am not writing using for small headaches, after taking the pathyadi shdangam kashayam, I got severe stomach pain,I request one must it for the proper purpose, and we also faced a medical kerala ayurvedic doctor here, commenting not working patients,as if they are eating too much, their life is with out purpose, I request doctors not to abuse patients, who come thinking doctors are life givers. We already paid lot fees for consulatation, and for buying the medicine in their related store.

I dint get what you want to say. Pathyadi khada is indicated for head ache. but it is not fit for all types of headache. it is to be selected based on the patient doshic status(Ayurveda principles).
