Hingwashtak choorna one of the famous ayurvedic preparation, it consist of 7 herbal ingredients mixed with rock salt, used in the management of Digestive system related problems.

Indication:  Effective in Pain abdomen, loss of appetite, indigestion, flatulence, constipation and loss of taste.

Dose :  1 to 2 grams, three times daily before or after food before or after food as directed by physician.

Adjuvent( Anupana): Ghee or Warm water.

Side effects: May induce gastric irritation in higher dose, Used with caution in hypertensive patients as it contain salt.

Roga karma: Agnimandya, adhmana, ajeerna, vibandha, udarashula and amlapitta.

Dosha karma: Vatakaphahara.

Agni karma: Deepana, pachana.

Other karma: Vatanulomaka and srotoavarodhahara.
